Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Northern Extremes Snowmobiling requires a $25 per person advance deposit to hold a reservation. Final payment is due 48 hours prior to trip departure. $10 Cancellation fee for all reservations. If we cancel due to weather there is no Cancellation Fee. No splitting invoice upon check in. 

This Deposit is fully refundable when you provide a 48-hour cancellation notice less a $10 processing fee.  Any reservation which is canceled within 48 hours will, therefore, be forfeited. This includes showing up late for any tour. 

Individuals must be 21 years old or older to make a reservation.

Adverse weather happens throughout the season and includes the lack of snow, rain, freezing rain, deep snow, temps below zero. In these circumstances, we may waive cancellation fees. Please contact our office for all cancellations.

Self Guided Rentals begin at our scheduled time, not your arrival time. We strongly recommend that you arrive at least 40 minutes in advance which will allow time to complete your paperwork and get properly outfitted and snowmobile orientation.

Guided Tours: Individuals must arrive 40 minutes prior to tour time to complete paperwork, get outfitted, and receive proper orientation. Individuals who show up late (10 minutes before the tour), may miss the tour and will forfeit deposit. We sell out every weekend so please don’t be late.
